Video, cover and sound
Choose Download video · MP4 to save the video, not Save cover, which is a still image. The video has sound only when the available MP4 includes an audio track. A separate M4A audio button appears only when Instagram provides a compatible stream.
Posts with several items
A carousel can mix images and video. Laqta shows the items it can retrieve as separate cards. Choose the video card and save it individually; availability may vary from slide to slide.
Quality and availability
Laqta sends an available Instagram file without recompressing it. The resolution and format depend on Instagram; HD or 4K cannot be guaranteed. If a link expires, load the post again for a fresh result.
Public access and permission
No Instagram sign-in is requested, and private posts and Stories are not supported. A public post can still be restricted or unavailable. Save media only when you have permission, and respect the creator and applicable terms.

Can I download an Instagram video without logging in?
Laqta does not ask for an Instagram account or password. It can only retrieve supported public posts when Instagram makes their media available.
Why can I see a cover but not the video?
Instagram may return a preview image without a usable video file, or temporarily restrict the post. Check that the post is public and try again later.
Does the MP4 include audio?
If the available video file contains sound, the MP4 keeps that track. A separate M4A option is not guaranteed.
